**Professional Soft-Tech is looking for an experienced and qualified English tutor to join our team and help our employees improve their English communication skills.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess the current level of English proficiency of our employees and design personalized learning plans
- Conduct online or in-person sessions to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other aspects of the English language
- Provide feedback and guidance to help our employees overcome their challenges and achieve their goals
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of our employees and provide regular reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an English tutor or teacher for adults
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with various online platforms and tools for teaching English
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for teaching and helping others learn

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
