**Designation: Restaurant Captain**

**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Experience**:
Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for guests by providing excellent customer service. Greet and seat guests, addressing any special requests or preferences. Monitor and respond to customer feedback, resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.

**Team Leadership**:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waiter staff to maintain efficient and effective service. Train new staff members and provide ongoing guidance to ensure high-quality service standards are met.

**Order Coordination**:
Oversee the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Collaborate with the kitchen staff to manage orders and maintain a smooth operation during peak hours.

**Menu Knowledge**:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation. Assist guests in making informed menu choices by providing recommendations and descriptions of dishes.

**Upselling and Revenue Generation**:
Actively promote daily specials, promotions, and upsell items to enhance the overall guest experience and increase revenue. Collaborate with the management team to implement and execute marketing strategies to drive sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Captain or similar role in a Multicuisine restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items and preparation methods.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts with diplomacy.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
