Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the industrial automation sector.
- Engage with decision-makers and technical teams to understand client needs and recommend the appropriate automation solutions.
- **Technical Consultation & Solution Design**:

- Provide technical expertise on PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and Industry 4.0 solutions to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, prepare presentations, and offer technical guidance to showcase the value and capabilities of our products.
- Work closely with the engineering and R&D teams to design customized solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in factory automation and industrial control systems.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, customer pain points, and innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders in the industry.
- Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and foster long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Forecasting & Reporting**:

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, progress reports, and market analyses to the management team.
- Track and achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability and growth metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in technical sales or business development within the automation or manufacturing industry.
- Solid understanding of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a technical mindset for understanding customer requirements and designing solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
