Health Basix is looking for a full-time school counsellor with 1-2 years of work experience in a school or inclusive setting.

Medical benefits in our participating hospitals will be given to counsellors and their family members.

Qualification: The school counsellor must have a master's degree in counselling psychology/ clinical psychology/ education psychology

**Job Description**:
School Counselor must

1. Identify the academic, social, emotional and behavioural difficulties students are experiencing during school hours.

2. Conduct a formal or informal assessment to understand the current functioning of the students.

3. Plan and implement interventions which will benefit students' well-being.

5. Refer students for formal assessments outside the school in case of requirement.

6. Conduct workshops, on request by the school, on topics related to the emotional and social well-being of the students

7. Have parent meetings to discuss the progress and current functioning of the students.

**Salary**: 25,000-30000

**Immediate Joiners Preferred**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
