The students before deciding on anything need to be extremely cautious and thus should have proper career awareness. **Career Prabhu Education Pvt Ltd.)** comprises of expert career and life skill consultants who are equipped with the updated information on both the established and upcoming career options.

To generate “Career Awareness” amongst the students, **Career Prabhu Education Pvt Ltd.)** conducts the Career Awareness Programs (CAPs) and Skill Workshops (WonderSkills) in their partner schools like - _**DAVs, DPSs, Bhavan Vidyalaya, **_ etc. These programs are specifically designed by industry-wide th th experts for the students from Class 6 to Class 12.

As we look to grow, we need competent personnel who have excellent communication and presentation skills to channelize our growth. We are looking forward to hire people who have a keen interest in interacting and guiding the young students of our country.

**Job Description -**

**D* **esignation* - Management Trainee

**Department** - Career Counseling

**J* **ob Description (Work Profile):*

1. Responsible for conducting workshops in schools

2. Knowledge about different basic careers and a strong retention

3. Active query handling within classrooms and also parents’ queries

4. Ability to conduct one to one interactions with students as well as parents

5. Conducting Demo Career workshops

6. Involves interaction with students, teachers, Principals over phone, mails and face to face

7. Office work will also be part of the profile (in the non travelling days)

**Key/ Mandatory Skills Required**:
1. Good communication and written skills

2. Class Management Skills for Workshops

3. Good interpersonal skills

4. Expertise in Microsoft office

5. **Travelling will be a major part of the profile**

**Recruitment Process-**

**Selection Process**:

- **Eligibility **- postgraduate (60% and above throughout Academics (10th, 12th and Graduation)
- Interview.

**Location**:
Panchkula (Haryana) would be the base location. Travelling to near by areas would be included.

**Number of Opening**:5 (five) Gender neutral

**Package-**

INR 1.8 -3.00 LPA (negotiable and depends on interview)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
