In this role, you will be responsible for managing course logistics, curriculum development, student support, assessment, and instructional delivery. We will provide the facilities to complete the course.

**Responsibilities**:
Course Coordination:

- Develop and manage the course schedule, ensuring topics are delivered in a well-sequenced and timely manner.
- Collaborate with faculty members to create and update course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Foster smooth communication and coordination with other departments, administrators, and staff to ensure an efficient course flow.

Curriculum Development:

- Collaborate with our curriculum development team to design and refine the course curriculum.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and academic standards, ensuring the curriculum remains relevant and effective.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement based on student feedback and evaluation, proposing enhancements to enhance the learning experience.

Student Support:

- Provide personalized guidance and support to students, helping them with course selection, academic progress, and career pathways.
- Cultivate a positive learning environment, addressing student concerns promptly and providing the necessary resources for their success.
- Implement effective strategies to promote student engagement, motivation, and overall success throughout the course.

Instructional Delivery:

- Deliver captivating lectures and interactive sessions, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, technology tools, and resources to enhance the learning experience and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and evaluate their progress to ensure continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Professional Development:

- Collaborate with our esteemed faculty members, sharing instructional strategies, exchanging best practices, and collectively enhancing teaching effectiveness.
- Participate enthusiastically in faculty development activities, workshops, and conferences to remain updated with the latest educational advancements.
- Make valuable contributions to departmental meetings, curriculum committees, and other institutional initiatives, helping shape our institution's future.

Qualifications and Requirements:
