The Monarch Enterprises is a complete design solution provider for optical and retail showrooms in India. Since 1998, we have been catering to retail store requirements for clients in India and abroad from our state-of-the-art factory, which is spread across 60,000 sq. ft. in Babosa industrial park Bhiwandi. We have a well-trained team with all the latest machinery and equipment that help us ensure that our modular furniture and displays are of the best quality, adhering to strict multi-level quality check parameters and global standards.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site (Bhiwandi) role for a Sales cum Interior Designer. The Sales cum Interior Designer will manage sales and customer inquiries, and develop and design interior layouts and prototypes for the showroom. This role will also involve working collaboratively with other team members, vendors, and customers, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior design, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and other relevant software
- Bilingual skills in English and Hindi (oral and written), and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Attention to detail and an ability to multitask and prioritize projects and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company

**Salary**: ₹12,381.55 - ₹40,150.45 per month
