Job Title: Interior Design Director

We are seeking a visionary and detail-driven design leader to spearhead our interior design team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovative interior concepts, layouts, and finishes for residential, commercial, and retail projects. Key responsibilities include leading the design team in developing creative solutions, coordinating with clients to understand their vision, reviewing and approving design presentations, drawings, material selections, and BOQs, collaborating with project managers, architects, and site engineers to ensure seamless execution, monitoring design quality, compliance with standards, and adherence to timelines, guiding team members, conducting design reviews, and ensuring innovation and aesthetics in deliverables.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and trends.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
  • Project Management: Strong time management and multitasking skills across projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury interiors or turnkey projects and knowledge of sustainable and green design practices.
