Dr. Arora's Clinic is seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Content Creator to become an integral part of our team. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to capture and edit engaging visual content for various platforms, both online and offline. Your primary responsibility will be communicating our brand's aesthetic and values through photography and videography, ensuring a consistent and compelling digital and print media presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate with the marketing team**: Work closely with our marketing team to understand the brand's vision, goals, and target audience and translate them into compelling visual content.
- **Produce captivating videos**:Plan, shoot, and edit videos highlighting our services, patient testimonials, and promotional campaigns. Create engaging video content that effectively communicates our brand's story and messages.
- **Maintain brand consistency**: Ensure that all visual content aligns with the clinic's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent aesthetic across all digital and print platforms.
- **Stay up-to-date with industry trends**:Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in photography, videography, and content creation. Continuously explore new techniques and technologies to enhance our content and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Collaborate with external stakeholders**:Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, models, and agencies, as needed, to execute larger-scale projects or specialized content requirements.
- **Manage digital assets**:Organize, catalog, and maintain an organized library of digital assets, including photos, videos, and other visual content. Ensure easy accessibility and availability for marketing and communication purposes.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience and skills**:Demonstrated experience in photography, videography, and video editing. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- **Creativity and attention to detail**:Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually compelling content. Strong attention to detail in capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality visual assets.
- **Technical knowledge**: Familiarity with professional cameras, lighting equipment, and other photography/videography tools. Understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
- **Strong communication and teamwork**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into creative work.
- **Time management and multitasking**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
