Operations Auditor

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular audits of the EV fleet to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition.
- Verify that all operational activities align with company SOPs and industry standards.
- Inspect and assess vehicle maintenance records, battery health, and safety measures.
- Monitor and evaluate franchise partners to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Report audit findings and non-compliance issues to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to implement corrective measures.
- Ensure that delivery personnel adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
- Maintain documentation of all audit activities and ensure transparency in reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations auditing, logistics, or fleet management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of EV maintenance and logistics industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
