Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Assist the Body Shop Manager with tasks related to collision estimates and ongoing projects. Autojobs
- **Scheduling**: Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications professionally and promptly.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
