The Data Program is a fast-growing team in charge of providing AI and advanced data solutions for manufacturing excellence and efficiency as well as for smart product development for the automotive industry. In order to meet the increasing expectations, we are enriching our team by recruiting a Product Owner.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Works with customers (internal business teams) to understand their needs and priorities.
- Prepares, owns & executes the product roadmap.
- Develops and clearly communicates the Product Goal.
- Creates and clearly communicates the Product Backlog Items.
- Responsible for ordering of Product Backlog Items.
- Defines clearly the priorities for development actions
- Act as a primary point of contact between the customer and the development team.
- Works as part of the scrum team, in close collaboration with the development teams
- Perform follow-up meetings directly with customer & other stakeholders.
- Prepare necessary reports/presentations to showcase the evolution and status of the product.

Qualifications and skills:

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in working as a Product Owner on industrial scale projects in AI, Big Data technologies.
- Certification of PSPO/CSPO is desired.
- Knowledge of MS Azure is a plus.
- Experience of development, solution/architecture design is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision & interest in industrial & automotive topics
- Ability to work in international teams
