**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about services.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Maintain records of conversations and customer information in a database.
- Engage in active listening to identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Manage a large volume of calls daily while maintaining professionalism and quality.
- Achieve sales or lead generation targets set by the team.
- Handle objections and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve services or products.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience: _Minimum of 1 years in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service.
- _Education:_ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
