**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar products, services, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with CRM software.
- Familiarity with renewable energy sector regulations and incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
