**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial services
- Handle inbound queries and assist customers with information
- Generate leads and follow up with clients regularly
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client information
- Achieve monthly conversion targets (10 files minimum)
- Coordinate with the field team for smooth file processing
- Assist in client documentation and ensure timely follow-ups

**Key Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Strong convincing power and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
