- Develop hotel vendors, Responsible for hotel booking, banquet, conference rooms for external and internal guest and maintain the quality standard in all meetings and conferences.
- Arrange room accommodation as per request give by the department through ticket and mail.
- All necessary arrangements for events are in place including food/drinks, audio-visual set-up, decoration etc.
- Creation of the event budget for the quarter/year and monitor variances from the budget.
- Track and monitor event cost and put in place mechanisms for ensuring optimum cost maintenance.
