Job Description:

- **Patient Transportation**:Safely driving patients to and from medical appointments, clinics, or other facilities, providing assistance with loading and unloading.
- **Emergency Response**:For ambulance drivers, responding to emergency calls, transporting patients to hospitals, and providing basic first aid or life support as needed.
- **Equipment & Supply Delivery**:Transporting medical supplies, equipment, lab specimens, and medical records between facilities or to and from suppliers.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:Performing routine vehicle checks, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and ensuring all safety equipment is functional.
- **Record Keeping**:Accurately documenting patient information, mileage, trip details, and any incidents or accidents.
- **Adherence to Protocols**:Following hospital transport protocols, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
- **Communication**:Maintaining professional communication with dispatch, medical personnel, and patients to coordinate schedules and address concerns.

**Required Skills**:

- Valid driver's license suitable for the vehicle type.
- Proven experience as a driver with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with local routes and hospitals.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.
