Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Web Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging content for our social media platforms, creating compelling logo and brand materials, and maintaining our website to ensure it remains fresh, functional, and aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
**Social Media Content**:

- Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and other media for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Develop content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

**Logo & Brand Materials**:

- Create and refine logos that effectively represent our brand identity.
- Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and business cards.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and platforms.
- Work with stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality results.

**Website Maintenance**:

- Update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with web developers to address any technical issues and implement design changes.
- Monitor website performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure website design is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for various devices and browsers.

**General Design Tasks**:

- Create and maintain design guidelines and templates for internal use.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our visual content.
- **Qualifications**_:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in graphic design, including social media content creation and logo design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and previous work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools.
- Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, wix) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they relate to content design.
- Experience with UX/UI design principles.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: Remote
