**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of our Amazon seller account.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics regularly.
- **Listing Optimization**:

- Optimize product listings for SEO to improve organic rankings.
- Enhance product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant keywords.
- **Sales and Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer reviews.
- Identify trends and insights to drive sales growth and improve ROI.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- **Advertising and Promotions**:

- Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other Amazon programs.
- Monitor and adjust advertising spend to achieve optimal results.
- **Customer Service and Reviews Management**:

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and product ratings.
- **Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate our products and enhance our market position.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts with a track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and its features.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Amazon PPC and other Amazon advertising tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with third-party Amazon tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of global Amazon marketplaces.
