**Job Title: Tool & Die Maintenance Technician**

**Location**: Khed Shivapur Pune, Maharashtra 412205

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Schedule**: Day Shift
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in Tool & Die Making
**Education**: Diploma or Engineering from NTTF or equivalent

**Company Overview**:
We are a leading manufacturer of electromagnetic switchgear components. Our manufacturing processes involve precision Sheet Metal and Plastic components, and we are looking for a dedicated **Tool & Die Maintenance Technician** to ensure high-quality output and mínimal downtime in our production environment.

**Key Responsibilities:Production & Quality Support**
- Ensure high quality of Sheet Metal and Plastic components.
- Maximize productivity and minimize downtime in component manufacturing.
- Monitor and maintain assembly tools and presses to prevent failures.

**Tool, Die, and Mould Maintenance**
- Study all dies, tools, and moulds to prepare a Preventive Maintenance Plan.
- Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of dies, moulds, and tools.
- Routine servicing and regrinding of tools.
- Attend and resolve press breakdowns with mínimal production delay.
- Perform engineering changes and modifications to tools as needed.

**Documentation & Standards**
- Prepare and maintain spare part drawings, stock plans, and tool lists.
- Document die/tool history, PM schedules, breakdown logs, and work records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standards.
- Create and update SOPs and Work Instructions.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Adopt new materials, processes, and designs for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in New Product Development (NPD).
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve persistent issues.
- Set ideal machine and press parameters.

**Safety & 5S Implementation**
- Follow 5S methodology to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure availability and correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct risk assessments and comply with all safety norms.
- **Gender**: Male
- **Education**: Diploma or Engineering in Tool & Die Making (preferably NTTF)
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
- **Key Skills**: Tool maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, documentation, press setting, and quality control.

Pay: ₹12,896.79 - ₹33,866.40 per month
