**Job Summary**:
The F&B Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. This role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall operation of the food and beverage outlets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Restock service areas with supplies and ensure cleanliness of the work area
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
