The Continental Commi 1 is an entry-level position within the kitchen brigade, specializing in Continental cuisine. They work under the guidance of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef and are responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of Continental dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Continental dishes, including chopping, slicing, and portioning.
- **Cooking**: Execute cooking techniques according to recipes and standards for Continental cuisine, such as sautéing, grilling, roasting, and baking.
- **Station Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- **Quality Control**: Assist in monitoring food quality during preparation and service, ensuring adherence to presentation and taste standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in inventory management by rotating stock, checking for freshness, and notifying superiors of low stock levels.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen brigade to ensure efficient service and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and cooking methods to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- **Training and Development**: Continuously seek opportunities to learn and improve culinary skills under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
