Job description:
**Job Title**: Sales Support Executive
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1-2 years. Freshers are also welcome
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month
**Notice Period**: 15 days to maximum of 1 month

**Job Location**: Mohali
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and provide effective support to the sales team.
- Assist in preparing quotations, discount calculations, and approvals.
- Manage order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain and update sales data in **ERP systems** and prepare regular **MIS reports**.
- Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, production) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Track and monitor customer accounts, pending payments, and order status.
- Support sales team with documentation, presentations, and day-to-day requirements.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in sales coordination/sales support.
- Knowledge of **ERP systems, MS Excel & MIS reporting** is mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical ability.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
