**Role Overview**:
We are looking to hire a **Site Incharge** for our operations in **Chennai** to oversee staffing, maintain attendance, coordinate daily site activities, and support our operations and billing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily attendance tracking of all on-site staff and labor
- Coordination with vendors for worker mobilization
- Maintain work records and share timely updates with the billing team
- Handle worker concerns and grievances efficiently
- Ensure site protocols and discipline are followed
- Provide regular updates to the project/operations manager

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in site incharge or labor management role
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting tools
