We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact software development projects in the banking and finance domain. You’ll combine deep technical expertise (.Net, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud) with strong project management skills to deliver secure, scalable, and timely solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead & Guide**: Oversee solution design, perform code reviews, and ensure clean, scalable code.
- **Manage Projects**: Drive end-to-end delivery — scope, timelines, resources, and quality.
- **Team Coordination**: Align developers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams on sprint goals.
- **Agile Practices**: Facilitate sprints, backlog grooming, and reporting (JIRA, Confluence).
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Bridge business requirements and technical execution.
- **Quality & Compliance**: Enforce testing standards, code metrics, and BFSI security protocols.

**Required Skills**:

- **Experience**: 12+ years in software development (incl. coding), 3+ years in project management.
- **Technical**:.Net Core, C#, Microservices, PostgreSQL/SQL Server, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, REST APIs.
- **Methodologies & Tools**: Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, JIRA, Git, MS Project/ClickUp.
- **Domain Expertise**: Banking, NBFC, or fintech projects with compliance focus.
- **Cloud**: Azure, AWS, hybrid deployments, API management.

**Preferred**
- Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or Microsoft/Azure.
- React.js, SonarQube, vendor management, distributed teams.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
