Production Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities to meet production schedules and goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor production lines for efficiency, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production team members.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment is operating correctly and downtime is minimized.
- Implement and enforce operational procedures and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Identify and resolve production challenges to maintain smooth workflow.
- Participate in team meetings to communicate progress, discuss challenges, and develop solutions.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products in coordination with relevant departments.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-5 year of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
