Urgent Hiring for ETP Operator in Beverages Industry or FMCG Industry

**Responsibilities**:
**Operation and Monitoring**:

- Operate and monitor equipment and systems for treating wastewater, including pumps, valves, meters, and control panels.
- Maintain logs of plant operations, recording operational data, such as meter readings, gauge readings, and water quality information.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as cleaning tanks, replacing filters, and lubricating machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to ensure continuous operation of the plant.
- **Sampling and Testing**:

- Collect samples of wastewater and perform laboratory tests to monitor quality and compliance with regulations.
- Interpret test results and make necessary adjustments to treatment processes.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that all operations comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports on plant operations and effluent quality to regulatory agencies.
- **Safety and Environmental Protection**:

- Implement safety protocols and conduct safety inspections to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage chemical storage and handling to prevent environmental contamination.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Recommend and implement process changes or upgrades to enhance plant performance.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance reports.
- Prepare and present reports to management on plant performance and issues.
- **Training and Supervision**:

- Train new operators and other staff on plant operations, safety procedures, and maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other operators and maintenance staff.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or spills, to minimize environmental impact and restore normal operations quickly.
- **Community and Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Communicate with community members, local authorities, and other stakeholders about the plant's operations and environmental impact.
- Participate in community outreach and education programs related to wastewater treatment and environmental protection.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
