**Position Summary**:

- Would work directly with senior leadership and help in executing priority projects within FX’s marketing agenda

such as market outreach, social media management, events, communication, and analytics
- Responsibilities will include coordinating internal / external meetings, infographic creation, video editing,

managing social media, creating dashboards, and MIS
- Excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and communications

**Job description**:

- Execution of media plans through proactive reach out across relevant platforms (social, online, print)
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning with focus on supporting FX’s commercial agenda
- Organize internal / external communication for market outreach
- Manage marketing dashboards and prepare periodic reports to generate insights
- Enable relationship building between leadership and media persons
- Write social media posts and post thought leadership content as needed
- Connect broad themes across offerings

**Qualification**:

- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint are a must, Strong skills in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage
- Previous professional experience of managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn
- Any growth hacking experience with start-ups is highly desirable
- Experience in video editing and basic understanding of video production (camera, light, sounds etc.)
- Hands - on experience with video and image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premier,

Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are must
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data and generate insights which can be incorporated into marketing agenda
- Excellent team player and motivated to solve challenging business problems independently
- Relevant work experience in a start-up, an agency or in a similar role at a services firm

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
