Key Responsibilities
- **Academic Support**: Aiding with understanding assignments, taking notes, organizing materials, and modifying lessons to suit the student's learning style.
- **Social-Emotional Support**: Guiding social interactions, helping students build confidence, managing anxiety, and facilitating communication with peers and teachers.
- **Behavioral Support**: Implementing behavior management strategies, helping students focus, and using prompts to encourage participation and self-regulation.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with the class teacher, special educators, and parents to ensure the student's individual goals are met and to share progress updates.
- **Promoting Independence**: The ultimate goal is to help the student develop self-sufficiency and confidence, reducing reliance on the shadow teacher over time.
