**Position**: Shadow Teacher
**Eligibility**: Minimum 12th pass or graduate
**Training**: Complete training provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with children who require additional support in the classroom.
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students to ensure their learning needs are met.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
