**Position Title**:
**Sales Coordinator cum Front Office Executive (Female - Married Preferred)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, architects, and international guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Attend to visiting clients and architects with a professional and warm approach.
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and front-office interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer communication, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Handle front-desk operations including call handling, appointment scheduling, and visitor records.
- Support sales meetings, showroom visits, and guest hospitality arrangements.
- Maintain a neat, presentable, and customer-friendly front office environment.
- Perform routine administrative tasks as per departmental requirements.
- Education: Graduate from an English-medium background
- Experience: 2-5 years in a front office, client servicing, or sales coordination role in a premium or corporate environment.
- Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a pleasant voice and confident personality
- Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed

- Ability to multitask and manage coordination with different departments

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
