We are hiring Tele-callers who are passionate about interacting with people and building meaningful connections over the phone. If you’re confident, target-driven, and have a knack for communication, we’d love to have you on-board

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products and assist with their usage.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on customer feedback, queries, and complaints.
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil. (Multilingual)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage CRM software.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer concerns. Prior experience in tele-calling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹15,000.56 - ₹25,000.00 per month
