**Job Title**: Collection Executive

**Experience**: Fresher to 1 Year

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Location**: [Pritampura, New Delhi]

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact customers to remind them about outstanding dues and follow up on pending payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment status, and follow-up actions.
- Negotiate and provide solutions for customers facing financial difficulties.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines regarding debt collection.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any billing disputes or queries.
- Meet monthly collection targets and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 1 year of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field (freshers are welcome).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
