**eCommerce Management**
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns
- remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce
- Analyzing traffic to check the effectiveness of marketing strategies

**Offline Marketing Activities**
- Organize promotional events at international & domestic trade shows and other venues
- Co-ordinate with Marketing Team for closing sales
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies

**Digital Marketing**
- Coordinate with the Web Design and Digital Marketing Team to meet customer expectations.
- Suggest new improvement measures to increase user engagement and online sales.

**Customer Support**
- Handle customer calls and enquiries at first level
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years in marketing
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technology with ease

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year
