The Coordinator Between Production and Sales Teams is responsible for facilitating effective communication between the sales and production departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time, production schedules align with demand, and inventory levels are accurately managed. This role ensures a seamless flow of information between both teams to enhance operational efficiency, meet customer expectations, and contribute to business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as the main point of contact between the production and sales teams.
- Ensure that sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capabilities are accurately communicated between departments.
- Act as a liaison to address any production delays or challenges that may affect sales orders.
- **Order Management**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to review customer orders and ensure the production team has sufficient resources to meet demand.
- Track order statuses and communicate production timelines, ensuring sales teams are updated on order progress.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that orders are produced on schedule and meet customer specifications.
- **Production Planning and Scheduling**:

- Coordinate with the production team to schedule manufacturing based on incoming sales orders and inventory levels.
- Work with production to prioritize urgent or high-value orders and manage lead times effectively.
- Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed based on changes in sales demand or unforeseen production issues.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Collaborate with both teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock levels align with sales forecasts.
- Coordinate reordering of materials and products based on sales trends and production requirements.
- Track finished goods inventory and ensure that product availability meets sales team expectations.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address issues between sales and production, such as production delays, inventory shortages, or order discrepancies, and find timely solutions.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team on any production or delivery challenges.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in production and work with both teams to resolve them before they impact customer delivery.
- **Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to review sales forecasts and trends to anticipate future demand.
- Share sales insights with the production team to ensure they can plan and prepare accordingly.
- Ensure alignment between the sales team’s expectations and the production department’s capabilities.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, order statuses, and inventory levels.
- Prepare regular reports on order fulfillment, production delays, and inventory levels to provide insight to both sales and production teams.
- Document and track any changes in customer orders or production schedules.
- **Customer Satisfaction and Timely Deliveries**:

- Monitor order fulfillment timelines and ensure that products are delivered to customers on time.
- Communicate directly with sales to relay any issues that may impact delivery schedules and help them manage customer expectations.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and ensure that both teams work toward improving overall customer satisfaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a coordinator, operations, or logistics role, ideally in a manufacturing or sales environment (2-3 years preferred).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise between different departments.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong ability to identify challenges and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in managing schedules, orders, and inventory records.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other relevant software for scheduling and reporting.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and handle inter-departmental relationships effectively.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data related to inventory, production, and sales to optimize processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,567.86 per month
