Job Purpose

To ensure ground implementation/ adherence of all regulatory compliances as per defined SOP and guidelines received from Corporate/ Circle. Extend support to all CS business users in understanding compliance requirements. Conduct audits of regulatory processes as per defined guidelines and publish compliance reports.

Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities

Timely submission of regulatory reports and ensuring accuracy of reports through proper validation
Conduct corp mandated process audits within specified timeframes
Ensure timely closure of NC points and identify process improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance on all mandatory communications, CAG workshops, CAG appointments, and other adhoc regulatory requirement
Completion of M&B audit and timely closure of observations if any
Analyse & Monitor CS spends

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Strong knowledge of system & Processes
Good Analytical skills
Ability to work across teams

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate/ Preferred MBA woth 5-7 years of Telecom experience in Customer service role

Basic Knowledge of Excel and Access

Key Performance Indicators

Compliance on QOS Parameters

Timely Completion of Audits and 100% NC closures
