**Job Title: Creative Associate - Brand & Design**

**Location**: Hiranandani Estate, Thane

**Experience**: 1+ year

**CTC**: Up to ₹3 LPA

**Mode**: Full-time, On-site

**Timing**: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 2nd & 4th Saturday off

We’re hiring a **Creative Associate - Brand & Design** at **Scaling Structures**, a fast-growing branding, marketing, and IT services agency based in **Hiranandani Estate, Thane**.

If you're a visual thinker who loves creating standout content, sharp design ideas, and cohesive brand experiences — we’d love to have you on board.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Creative Lead in planning and executing design strategies across branding and marketing campaigns
- Ideate and design compelling visual content for social media, brochures, landing pages, presentations, and digital ads
- Ensure design quality, visual consistency, and brand alignment across all communication
- Collaborate with the content, social media, and video editing teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging
- Develop and maintain moodboards, brand kits, and visual guidelines for projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, especially in real estate, lifestyle, and luxury branding
- Assist in managing timelines, creative deliverables, and version control for projects
- Actively contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions, client decks, and internal reviews

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a design/creative role (agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)** and tools like **Canva, Figma**:

- Strong visual sense with an eye for layout, typography, color palettes, and spacing
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while experimenting with creative concepts
- Good understanding of social media trends and content aesthetics
- Excellent time management and openness to feedback and collaboration

**Bonus if you have**:

- Portfolio showcasing brand or campaign work
- Experience working on real estate projects
- Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, or ChatGPT for creative workflows
- Exposure to video or motion design (Reels, YouTube shorts, etc.)
