Profile Introduction:
As a Sales Representative specializing in Computers and Laptops, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service in our technology department. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and closing sales transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to effectively assist customers in finding the right solutions for their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and determine their needs and preferences
- Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers
- Recommend products based on customer requirements and preferences
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date on new technology trends and product offerings
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other sales software
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
