**We are hiring customer Service/Support profile for our multiple clients & Processes.The job location could be Indore.**

**Mandatory Conditions to apply-**
- Undergraduate/Graduate Both can apply.
- Minimum 06 month of experience of BPO working.
- Experience in customer service will be added advantage.
- Fresher with excellent communication skill can be considered.
- Must have excellent convincing skills
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

**Salary: 18k ctc**
**Interview Type**:Virtual/Face to Face based on client type
**Age Limit**: 35 Years
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Solving quires of financial Products/Insurance Policy to the leads given by the company.
