**Job Description for Mathematics Faculty for IIT-JEE & NEET**

**Position**: Mathematics Faculty
**Experience**: 2-5 years (preferred, freshers with exceptional skills can also apply)
**Qualification**: M.Sc./M.Tech./Ph.D. in Mathematics or equivalent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and effective Mathematics classes for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) aspirants.
- Teach relevant Mathematics topics for NEET students requiring foundational problem-solving skills.
- Use innovative methods to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design comprehensive lesson plans and prepare high-quality study materials aligned with IIT-JEE & NEET syllabi.
- Develop and refine question banks, practice papers, and mock tests to ensure thorough student preparation.
- **Student Mentorship**:

- Provide personalized attention to students, addressing their doubts and conceptual challenges.
- Monitor individual student performance and offer constructive feedback to enhance their learning curve.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular tests and evaluate students' performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Analyze test results and modify teaching strategies accordingly to optimize learning outcomes.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest syllabus, trends, and changes in the IIT-JEE & NEET exam patterns.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve teaching methodologies.
- **Collaboration and Contribution**:

- Participate in faculty meetings, seminars, and academic discussions to contribute to overall student development.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong expertise in Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, and Trigonometry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify and explain abstract mathematical concepts.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and online platforms (preferred).
