**Position**: Part-Time Logical Reasoning Faculty

**Location**: Career Launcher, Ghaziabad Centre

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Deliver high-quality instruction in Logical Reasoning Aptitude, covering topics relevant to IPMAT, CAT, and CLAT examinations.
- Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning and performance.
- **Student Support and Mentoring**:

- Provide individualized support to students, addressing their specific learning needs and helping them overcome difficulties in Logical Reasoning concepts.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and offer regular feedback on student performance.
- Mentor students to build their confidence and improve their problem-solving skills.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Analyze assessment results to identify areas for improvement and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance in assessments and mock tests.
- **Professional Development and Collaboration**:

- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience for students.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**:

- A Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in coaching for competitive exams such as IPMAT, CAT, and CLAT.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in mathematical software and tools.
- Ability to use online teaching platforms and digital resources effectively.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and dedication to student success.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.

**Work Schedule**
- Part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as per the batch schedules.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,818.64 - ₹56,449.74 per month
