Bachelor's degree in Technology/Business/Marketing/Engineering/Science or equivalent experience including relevant Salesforce certifications
- 2 years’ experience supporting Salesforce solutions - in particular knowledge of Experience Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Salesforce Admin Certified
- Some knowledge of Lightning Experience, APEX, triggers and flows
- Good knowledge of data governance principles
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills with MS Office with emphasis on MS Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and correspondence.
- Experience working within an agile development and project delivery framework
- Experience in Global business preferred

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year

Schedule:
