**Quality control**:

- The Quality Control Technician is responsible for examining daily incoming, in-progress, and finished products to ensure conformance with company quality standards and specifications.
- Monitoring and maintaining product quality throughout the production process and supporting the quality assurance team in ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation policies.
- Perform sensory evaluations of products. Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues.
- Check products and packaging for any quality defects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company requirements.
- Collect and analyze product samples at various stages of processing to confirm they meet the necessary quality criteria.

**Testing and Analysis**:

- Assist in conducting microbiological, chemical, and physical testing of raw materials, intermediate, and finished products.
- Prepare and label samples for testing.
- Record and maintain test results.
- Operate laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning.

**Documentation and Administration**:

- Maintain quality control records and documentation.
- Update quality control procedures and policies.
- Assist in preparing reports for management and regulatory agencies.
- Perform data entry related to quality assessments in the ERP system accurately and efficiently.

Pay: From ₹264,000.00 per year
