**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities for static and rotating equipment to ensure reliability and availability targets are met.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate jobs to mechanical technicians and contractors, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company HSE policies and PTW (Permit to Work) procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical equipment issues, escalating complex problems to discipline engineers as necessary.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and specifications for maintenance tasks.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment as required.
- Coordinate with Operations and other disciplines to ensure mínimal disruption during maintenance activities.
- Monitor and ensure effective implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Assist in the preparation of maintenance budgets, materials, spare parts requisitions, and work plans.
- Verify and ensure proper completion of maintenance records, job cards, and reports in the CMMS (SAP/MAXIMO or equivalent).
- Mentor and train mechanical technicians to build technical competency within the team.
- Participate in safety toolbox talks, job safety analyses (JSA), and risk assessments for mechanical activities.
- Ensure contractor personnel comply with site rules and safety standards while executing mechanical works.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
