**Designation: Mechanical Foreman**

Key Responsibilities:
Team Lead & Supervision:
Supervise and lead a team of mechanics, technicians, and laborers in daily mechanical activities. Assign tasks and monitor progress.

Installation & Commissioning:
Oversee installation, alignment, and commissioning of mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, piping, valves, etc.) as per engineering drawings and standards.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
Plan, execute, and supervise both preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical systems and equipment.

Safety Compliance:
Ensure all jobs are carried out following HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines. Conduct toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and ensure use of PPE.

Quality Control:
Inspect work performed to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards. Report defective materials or questionable conditions.

Progress Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly reports, maintain documentation, and provide feedback to supervisors and clients on project status and issues.

Material & Resource Management:
Manage inventory of mechanical materials, coordinate requisitions, and ensure optimal use of resources

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
