**Data Quality Coach Companion**

**JOB PURPOSE**:
Data Quality Coach companion, CORE is ramping up a new way of managing data quality, efficiently along the requirements of the data-user. This combines technical skills with a deep understanding on how data quality should be managed and is impacting business processes.
Once the first pilots are established, the approach will be adopted and scaled to become a standard for Bayer.
This role will be the bridge to the CORE Data Quality Lead (Coach).

**ROLE AND RESPONSILBITIES**:

- Support Data Quality Coach in ramping up the data quality approach
- Lead the implementation of the CORE data quality approach into the GBS organization and technology
- Leading the development of data quality and efficiency targets by establishing and measuring KPIs aligned with Data Owners
- Capture the impact of data quality on business processes (measuring and reporting)
- Lead and contribute to the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of data quality projects
- Manage the internal and external stakeholders on data quality
- Lead discussion and blueprinting and scaling of new data quality related GBS services
- Evaluate and escalate risks and find appropriate mitigation actions.
- Manage risks and issues resolution proactively.
- Lead appropriate change management activities and prepare the organization for future changes related to a project.
- Lead the alignment and implementation of processes for international partners, considering both business and legal requirements.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues on different professional levels in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Coordination with other projects and interactions with different counterparts.
- Assess the practicality of the project and likelihood of success and ensure experts are included to develop the best solution
- Leverage current capabilities in teams & improve based on insights identified via reflection & feedback.

Data Quality Coach, Data Quality Manager, Data Governance Lead, Data and Process Owner

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- 4 to 5 years of experience, Engineer or University degree (BA, Economics) or equivalent
- Profound knowledge of processes and data model documentation, experience in Master Data
- Experience with Data Quality Frameworks and Methodologies
- Integration knowledge of Collibra Data Governance and Collibra Data Quality is a must
- SQL and KPI definition experience
- Result oriented, analytical, and strategic thinking
- Proven ability to align with stakeholders in an efficient and effective manner
- Digital Mindset with valuable experience in Digital tools (RPA, AI, automation)
- Comfortable in work environments with urgent demands, incomplete information, and unexpected events
