**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and motivated **SMO Intern** to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As an SMO Intern, you will assist in the optimization and management of our social media platforms, helping us drive engagement, build brand awareness, and improve overall social media strategies. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced marketers and gain hands-on experience in social media management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Help manage and update social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, images, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, user engagement, and competitor activities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and promotional activities.
- Help track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Assist in responding to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Conduct research on industry trends and help develop content ideas based on audience interests.
- Collaborate with other team members to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns (if applicable).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn about the latest trends and techniques in social media optimization.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only
