Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing a welcoming atmosphere as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist servers in setting up tables, ensuring proper table settings, utensils, and glassware are in place.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area by promptly clearing and resetting tables between guest seatings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist in monitoring table turnover, helping to maintain a steady and efficient flow of guests during busy periods.
- Ensure the availability and cleanliness of essential items such as menus, condiments, and napkins at each table.
- Assist in cleaning and organizing the restaurant’s public spaces, including entryways and waiting areas.
- Uphold health and safety standards by promptly cleaning up spills, maintaining proper sanitation of surfaces, and adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Support the front-of-house team with various tasks, such as answering phones, taking reservations, and managing guest inquiries.
- Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and wine offerings to better assist guests.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Stewardess or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to create a positive and memorable dining experience for guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced nature of restaurant operations.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and assist colleagues as needed.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards within a restaurant setting.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow in a hospitality-oriented role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
