**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging and high-quality social media reels and short-form video content tailored to various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across all content.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
- Optimize designs and videos for different platforms, ensuring high engagement and reach.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a **design training program** in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Filmora, Canva or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing graphic design and reel/video projects (portfolio link required).
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setup and manage time efficiently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of video editing techniques and trends.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Experience with animation or 3D design tools is a plus.
- Basic copywriting skills for captions and post descriptions.
