**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Support in concept development, space planning, and material selection for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings for design visualization and client presentations.
- Prepare working drawings and detailed construction documents under the supervision of a senior architect.
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, take measurements, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Stay updated on architecture trends, building codes, materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Participate in client meetings and internal design reviews.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 0-3 years of experience in architectural design or internships in related roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion or other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, building systems, and construction detailing.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations (optional but preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
